The "Homeowner Contact" form is available to all homeowners and is located in their portal account under the "Requests" tab.

 

It is a multi-use form to help speed up communication and follow up with the homeowners.

 

Once submitted, this will be sent to the Homeowner Team for processing. The homeowner can track the Status of their request at anytime. 

Note: This is also available to the board members to track.
